Normally our warehouse/shipping operation is the fastest of any music retailer. We have consistently filled orders in less than 15 minutes in our 24/7 warehouse. Now, temporally, our service is slower.

The Governor of Michigan and the Department of Homeland Security have designated our warehouse as an "essential service." Encore will continue to process orders and ship music as quickly as possible. In addition to shipping music, our warehouse is now storing and shipping medical supplies to hospitals. The shipment of medical supplies along with increased music sales is causing delays.

Currently we have a 1 day backlog of shipments to send. Our warehouse operates 24/7 and is working hard to get shipments on their way.


  • All items listed on our website are in stock.
  • USPS is reporting that Priority Mail shipments are taking one or two extra days to arrive.
  • Tracking of USPS shipments is also delayed. Some tracking information may show that we have not submitted the package to USPS, however, this may in error.
  • USPS Media Mail service is not recommended at the present time.

How safe are products ordered from ENCORE MUSIC PUBLISHERS?

Our fulfillment team has implemented sanitation and handling procedures that meet or exceed the CDC’s recommendations for the pandemic, COVID-19. Our warehouse sanitizes work surfaces twice daily, and our team is screened every day before working.

Returns Policy

You may return defective items within 30 days of delivery. We will replace defective items or issue credit to your account. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
