The Governor of Michigan and the Department of Homeland Security have designated our warehouse as an "essential service". Encore will continue to process orders and ship music quickly. Our warehouse will likely be used for emergency storage and shipment of medical supplies to hospitals in our area. If/when this begins, the shipment of medical supplies will have priority over music orders. We expect to be able to continue shipping music with perhaps minor delays.

RIGHT NOW: All items listed on our website are in stock and will ship quickly, as usual. THERE IS NO NEED FOR PANIC BUYING.

Returns Policy

You may return defective items within 30 days of delivery. We will replace defective items or issue credit to your account. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
